Delivery timeframes

We know the feeling very well … The fluttering from the moment you click ‘add-to-cart’ to the anticipation of the parcel arriving at your door. The hardworking team at ‘the den’ (denu HQ) have a personal mission to deliver that beautiful unboxing experience as quickly as possible.

Orders Australia-wide will be processed 48-72 hours after payment is received (except during really busy periods, eg Black Friday, Christmas, special events). Standard delivery is 2-5 business days depending on delivery location.

International orders are being processed individually at the moment. Please email customerservice@denu.com.au with your order and we will advise the delivery costs.

Delivery costs

For orders over $100, Australia-wide shipping is free! (We cover up to $40 of delivery costs).

If your order is bulky or going to a remote area and freight is higher, we’ll be in touch with options before sending.

For Australian orders under $100, there is a $11.95 flat rate shipping fee.

International delivery costs are dependent on the weight of the entire order. Please email customerservice@denu.com.au for a quote.

Returns

At denu, our products are made with integrity and stand by their promise. To help you experience our fragrances before committing to the full size, tester sizes and sample packs are available on our website.

Because scent is very personal, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you do not like the perfume's scent. However, if our product is genuinely faulty or unsatisfactory in quality, we offer a 100% refund. We encourage you to reach out to Sarah directly at sarah@denu.com.au for any questions regarding the returns process or product concerns - our team is always here to help.
