Our products are quite the world travellers. We ship Australia wide, and we serve international clients in New Zealand, North America and UK. If you are an international customer, please email us what you’d like to order, and we can organise a quote for the freight. Once the freight quote is ready, this will be sent to you as the total amount to approve and process.

Our range is made from carefully selected natural and organic ingredients to gently cleanse hair and skin. If it’s your first time using a product from the denu range, we recommend testing a small amount first, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Absolutely! And many do. Our fragrances are unisex, and thoughtfully developed in close connection to our experienced perfumer who balances beautiful scent blends with inclusivity always in mind. In fact, denu is gentle and suitable for the whole family.

Never. Not in the beginning and not ever. Instead, we have a lucky list of willing (human!) testers who happily provide their feedback on their overall denu experience. From the feeling when using our products, the effect on their skin or hair, and of course their reception of the scent and the emotions it conveys. We think that’s a much better way.

No – we hold the belief that natural is the best policy. We only use pure essential oils for our gorgeous scent blends. Not only are natural oils less likely to cause allergic reactions; they tend to have fewer ingredients yet emit a richer aroma. In contrast, synthetic fragrances usually contain fillers and chemicals, and we don’t welcome any of those nasties into our bottles.

Our entire range is proudly made in Australia. 95% of production is right here on home soil – in the heart of Melbourne! Only 1 item is made outside of Victoria, which is our gorgeous bamboo cosmetic bag (On Tour Pack) that is lovingly handmade in South Australia. There is a deliberate decision to lessen our environmental footprint and we are delighted to continue supporting local!

Most of the denu range is vegan-friendly. With exception of a couple of products – one being our Lip Balm (containing beeswax) and our chocolate bars made in collaboration with our favourite chocolatiers (containing whole milk powder).

We’re glad you asked! We are thrilled to say we deliberately keep internal packaging to a minimum - we are not fans of over-packaging. The majority of our packaging is made from recycled plastic and it is also recyclable. Our bottles and bars are made locally in Melbourne.

12 months. To keep your denu products in their best state, and ensure the beautiful pure essential oils maintain their fragrance, we recommend storing your products below 25 degrees. As a general rule of thumb, the higher the temperature, the shorter the lifespan of any product. Keep cool(ish) and carry on!

Yes, we do! We transform gift giving into the art of giving – it’s one of our favourite things to do, and essentially what we spend each day doing at ‘the den’ (denu HQ). If you’re like us, you love giving people things you know they’ll love – things that will help them feel good, feel loved, and feel uplifted. If you would like us to gift wrap your order, simply tick the box at the checkout and remember to let us know if you’d like a personalised message written on a gift card included with your order. (Note: when we see the name for the billing is different to the name for the delivery, we automatically presume the order is a gift, so the invoice is not included in the order parcel).
