Orders Australia-wide will be processed 48-72 hours after payment is received (except during really busy periods, eg Black Friday, Christmas, special events). Standard delivery is 2-5 business days depending on delivery location.

We offer a 100% refund if our product is unsatisfactory. however as scent is so personal, we don't offer a refund if a scent is not your favourite.
